Check poisson! off the list of to-do’s. The diners seemed to be merry and full-bellied so I’d call it a success. Pictures of the meal are soon to follow but for now I’ll leave you with a shot of our post-dinner grub made using the only clean pan in the place and mostly unused ingredients (the Vietnamese herbs didn’t make it to the plates, aw well, they were just garnishes).
