It’s gonna be a wild wild Saturday night at The Wooden Table. Our diners are bringing some very fine alcoholic beverages to accompany the meal. It’ll be 5 courses paired with 5 beers (and they’restrong ones too).
For the most part, dinner will be made up of elevated classics to accompany the craft brews, pizza, sisig (a favorite Filipino pulutan), and some fried chicken, with all the usual twists à la The Wooden Table (beer gelée!).
Well, it’s back to prepping the mise en place for me.
